冲床中套是转键机械离合器的重要零件,按传统工艺加工虽可达到设计要求,但效率很低,主要是三个半圆孔的粗插和精车两工序较复杂。为解决这一问题,改进工艺如下。实心锻坯→粗、半精车外圆及端面→铣键槽→平磨端面至90.2~(+0.2)→用钻模钻、铰3—φ35.5~(+0.29),φ10孔、倒两面2×45°、1×45°角至尺寸→车(钻φ32孔、扩、镗孔至φ31.5)→钳修6处R_(?)→淬火RC45~50→平磨→内磨→外磨。
