统筹城乡发展对城乡公共图书馆传统发展模式提出了挑战,也提供了难得的机遇。针对二元结构体制下城乡公共图书馆存在的问题,提出了这一重要转型时期城乡公共图书馆如何把握城市化、城镇化发展的有利时机,实现协调发展的初步思路。
The overall planning of urban and rural areas presents a challenge to the traditional development model of urban and rural public libraries and also provides a rare opportunity. In view of the existing problems of urban and rural public libraries under the dual structure system, this paper puts forward the preliminary thoughts on how urban and rural public libraries can grasp the favorable opportunity of urbanization and urbanization during this important transition period and achieve the coordinated development.
