当今社会教育资源分流分支,技校学生的数量日益增多。应做好技校生的思想教育工作,实施以人文本的教育政策,提倡个性化教育的教育模式。技校生由于自身的特点其思想教育工作存在很多困难和问题,应用德育优先,个性培养的教育教法原则,让技校生在学校内提高自己的思想水平,明确个人人生目标,实现自我价值。是我们教育工作者应当思考、实践、发展的重中之重。
Today’s social education resources shunt branches, technical schools, the increasing number of students. We should do a good job in ideological education for technical school students, implement a humanistic education policy, and promote an individualized education mode of education. Because of their own characteristics, technical school students have many difficulties and problems in their ideological education. By applying the principle of moral education giving priority to education and individuality cultivation, technical school students can raise their own ideological level in school, clarify their individual life goals and realize their self-worth. It is a top priority for our educators to think, practice and develop.
