“文献利用率”一般是指文献在特定的期间里被读者利用的次数,它并不一定直接反映文献本身的价值,而是间接地反映了某一领域内的某一文献或某一类型文献被人重视的程度,同时也真实地反映了文献利用流程中每一环节工作的质量情况。一般来说,文献利用的流程不外包括收集、整理、报导、提供四个环节。笔者认为有效地抓好四个环节,并注意研究探讨文献收集中的科学方法,最佳馆藏结构,情报提供方式、方法以及用户培训等问题,将大大有助于文献利用率的提高。

It does not necessarily directly reflect the value of the document itself, but indirectly reflects a certain document or type of document in a certain field Attention is paid to the degree, but also a true reflection of the quality of work in every aspect of the literature utilization process. In general, the process of documentary use includes collecting, organizing, reporting and providing four links. The author believes that effectively grasp the four aspects, and pay attention to research to explore the collection of scientific methods, the best collection structure, information delivery methods, user training and other issues, will greatly contribute to the improvement of the utilization of the literature.
