素质教育的不断开展,使得高职院校呈现出逐年增多的趋势。随着高职大学生人数的不断增加,其心理资本开始暴露出一些问题。本文首先对心理资本的概念及意义进行了阐述,并对目前我国高职大学生的心理资本现状进行了分析与研究,进而提出了有效培养高职大学生心理资本的策略,以期能够促进高职大学生心理素质的稳步提升,保障学生身心健康发展,有效促进学生积极就业。
