为了更好地贯彻落实党的十四届四中全会精神,上海市冶金局党委最近采用座谈会、问卷征询、集体讨论和个别交谈等方式,对本系统党的建设现状进行了调查。局党委领导直接参加了4个座谈会,听取了部分企业书记、厂长、组织部长的意见。这次调查,分别向12个企业单位的党委委员、中层党政干部发出了调查问卷610份,收回550份,收回率为90.16％。这些调查为客观地了解、评价全系统党的建设现状,制定今后三年党建规划提供了依据。
In order to better implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Party, the party committee of Shanghai Metallurgical Bureau recently conducted a survey on the status quo of the party's construction in this system by means of forums, questionnaire surveys, collective discussions and individual conversations. Board leaders directly participated in the 4 forums, listened to the views of some business secretary, director, organization minister. The survey sent 610 questionnaires to party members and middle-level party and government cadres in 12 enterprises and units, respectively, recovering 550 and recovering 90.16%. These investigations provide the basis for objectively understanding and appraising the status quo of system-wide party building and formulating party building plans for the next three years.
