目的 评价酞胺哌啶酮对实验门脉高压大鼠的治疗作用及和肿瘤坏死因子的关系。方法 采用门脉缩窄门脉高压鼠模型(PVL)。PVL鼠从术后当天到术后2 周分别口服酞胺哌啶酮和水,于术后2 周时测定血流动力学改变和血浆肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)水平,并与对照组鼠进行比较。结果 酞胺哌啶酮能明显增加PVL鼠的平均动脉压,降低其门脉压力和血浆TNF水平。结论 酞胺哌啶酮通过降低TNF水平,改善门脉高压高动力循环状态,降低门脉压力
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of thalidomide on experimental portal hypertension in rats and its relationship with tumor necrosis factor. Methods The portal vein narrowing portal hypertension mouse model (PVL) was used. PVL mice were orally treated with thalidomide and water respectively from the day after operation to 2 weeks after operation. The hemodynamic changes and plasma levels of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) were measured 2 weeks after the operation, and compared with the control group . Results Thalidomide could significantly increase the mean arterial pressure and decrease the portal pressure and plasma TNF in PVL mice. Conclusion Thalidomide can decrease the level of TNF, improve the hyperdynamic circulation of portal hypertension and decrease the portal pressure
