作者对正常小鼠不同妊期胎鼠的体重和骨化程度进行了观测和比较。妊期17天几乎所有观测指标与19天胎鼠都有明显差异。而18天胎鼠的体重、上枕骨骨化程度和前肢掌骨、近端指骨,后肢跖骨以及胸骨缺失、双骨化点计数等与19天胎鼠则无明显差异。表明其发育已趋于稳定。可考虑作为对胎鼠毒性效应的评价指标。
The authors observed and compared the body weight and ossification of fetus in different stages of normal mice. Almost all of the 17 days of pregnancy showed significant differences from the 19-day fetus. On the 18th day, the body weight, the degree of occipital ossification, the metacarpal and proximal phalanges of the forelimb, the metatarsal and the missing sternum of the hindlimb, and the counting of the twinning points were similar to those of the 19-day-old fetus. Indicating that its development has stabilized. Can be considered as an indicator of fetal toxicity.
