精囊原发性腺癌2例报告并文献复习

精囊原发性腺癌是起源于精囊腺上皮的一种罕见恶性肿瘤。经CNKI、万方数据库及Pubmed,以“精囊腺癌、病理、诊断、治疗”及“seminal vesicle,adenocarcinoma”为检索词进行检索,至今可检索到该病的报道共120余例。本病病因不清,易误诊、漏诊[1];对该病的临床分期、病理特征、诊治等处于探讨、积累经验阶段。2004年10月和2012年7月我科共收治2例患者,现结合文献总结该病的病理特征、诊断和治疗等问题。

Seminal vesicle primary adenocarcinoma is a rare malignant tumor originating from the seminal vesicle epithelium. The CNKI, Wanfang database and Pubmed, “Seminal vesicle adenocarcinoma, pathology, diagnosis, treatment,” and “seminal vesicle, adenocarcinoma” as the search terms, so far the report of the disease can be retrieved a total of more than 120 cases . The etiology of the disease is unclear, easily misdiagnosed, missed diagnosis [1]; the clinical stage, pathological features, diagnosis and treatment are in the discussion, the accumulation of experience. October 2004 and July 2012 were treated in our department were 2 patients, are now combined with the literature summarizes the pathological features of the disease, diagnosis and treatment and other issues.
