近一年来,国内外出现了国民经济信息化的新热潮。这次新的信息热和80年代初期的第一次信息技术革命热潮有不同的特点,前次的学术性、预测性成份较浓。而这次新浪潮的重要特色是把信息技术基础设施的开发和建设作为经济结构调整,推动经济发展的“杠杆”。信息服务业的新机遇从国内来讲,推进国民经济信息化的呼声日益高涨。现在,党中央和国务院对信息工作高度重视。国务院最近决定,设立由邹家华副总理亲自主持的国民经济信息化联席会议,目前以重点协调“三金”工程来推进国民经济信息化的进程。十四届三中全会关于社会主义市场经济体制改革若干问题的决定
In the past year, there has been a new upsurge in the informatization of national economy both at home and abroad. The new information boom and the first wave of the information technology revolution in the early 1980s have different characteristics. The previous academic and predictive component was thicker. The important feature of this new wave is that the development and construction of information technology infrastructure should be regarded as the “lever” of economic restructuring and economic development. New Opportunities in the Information Service Industry At home, the voice of promoting the informatization of the national economy is on the rise. Now, the Central Party Committee and the State Council attach great importance to information work. The State Council recently decided to establish a joint meeting of the national economy information presided over by Vice Premier Zou Jiahua and currently focuses on the coordination of the “Three Kingdoms” project to advance the process of national economic informationization.
