制动器处于一个复杂的多场耦合作用环境,主要影响制动性能的是温度场和应力场耦合效应。基于此,利用微电子新技术开发一种制动器温度智能检测装置及控制系统,其具有实时监测摩擦片温度,以及过热报警功能,可提高制动器的使用效率和安全稳定性。
Brakes in a complex multi-field coupling environment, the main impact of braking performance is the temperature field and stress field coupling effect. Based on this, an intelligent device and control system of brake temperature is developed based on the new technology of microelectronics. It has real-time monitoring of brake lining temperature and overheat alarm to improve the service efficiency and safety stability of the brake.
