本文采用三维有限元法对双切口剪切试验测定玻璃钢层合板的超低温层间剪切强度进行了理论分析和研究 ,解析用的层合板有效弹性系数由组分材料的弹性系数和织物结构的代表体积单元求得。数值解析发现 ,当切口间隔与厚度之比较小时 ,双切口剪切试验片可产生较均匀的剪切应力分布。通过与二维有限元解析结果的对比分析 ,阐明了试验片三维形状对剪切应力分布的影响
In this paper, three-dimensional finite element method of double-shear test glass fiber reinforced plastic laminate measured the inter-layer shear strength of the theoretical analysis and study of the effective elastic modulus of the laminated materials by the elastic modulus of the material and the representative of the fabric structure Volume unit obtained. Numerical analysis shows that when the ratio of incision spacing to thickness is small, the double-notch shear test specimen can produce a more uniform shear stress distribution. Through the comparison with the two-dimensional finite element analysis results, the influence of the three-dimensional shape of the specimen on the shear stress distribution is clarified
