我们在“四苗”联合免疫安全性及免疫应答研究中,对8～24月龄初见儿童随分若干组。我们对其中同臂接种冻于麻疹疫苗(MV)和吸附百白破(DPT)这一组接种后1个月麻疹HI抗体水平进行了观察。材料与方法MV(批号86011)、吸附DPT(批号860624)和麻疹血凝素系上海生物制品所产品。冷藏,效期内使用。疫苗接种方法:右上臂三角肌附着处皮下深部接种吸附DPT0.25ml;同上臂下1/3处皮下接种MV0.2ml。同时设同部位同剂量只接种MV组和接种VB(12),组进行比较。
We in the “four seedlings” joint immune safety and immune response study, 8 to 24 months of age with early child with a few groups. We observed the level of measles HI antibody one month after vaccination with the same arm in the group vaccinated against measles vaccine (MV) and adsorption of daphnia (DPT). Materials and Methods MV (batch number 86011), adsorption DPT (batch number 860624) and measles hemagglutinin products from Shanghai Biologicals. Refrigerated, valid for use. Vaccination method: the right upper quadriceps at the attachment of deep hypodermic inoculation adsorption DPT0.25ml; with the lower arm 1/3 subcutaneous MV0.2ml. At the same time set the same site with the same dose of vaccinated only MV group and vaccinated VB (12), the group for comparison.
