近年来,农发行黑龙江省分行坚持“抓龙头、强管理、优服务、控风险、促发展”的工作思路,有效支持企业实施化肥储备计划,使全省化肥市场销售价格相对平稳,充分发挥了农业政策性银行的信贷支农作用。自2005年开办化肥储备信贷业务以来,该行累计投放化肥贷款达115.5亿元。其中:2009-2010化肥年度,累计向倍丰等5户企业投放贷款28.71亿元,截至2010年7月末贷款本息已全额收回。
