本文总结我院静注ＡＴＰ治疗３５例阵发性室上性心动过速（ＰＳＶＴ）的疗效观察，结果总例数有效率９４．３％，例次有效率９１．７％，表明静注ＡＴＰ治疗ＰＳＶＴ作用快，疗效高，副作用轻而短暂。结合文献，就其转复机理、提高疗效和降低副作用做一简要分析。
