文章采用文献资料法和实地调查法的研究方法,对喀什地区中学体育教师师资情况进行调查分析,喀什地区中学体育教师以年轻教师为主,教师学历偏低,专业化程度低,尚未达到国家对中学教师应具备中等师范学历的要求;男女教师性别比例为女教师少;职称结构偏低。建议:当地政府要对年轻体育教师进行相应教学培训;编写与当地具体教学条件相适应的体育教材,提供教学计划范例,引导教师学懂《课标》,实施《课标》,提高教学质量。
This article investigates and analyzes the situation of teachers of middle school physical education teachers in Kashgar by adopting the methods of literature review and field survey. The teachers of middle school in Kashgar are mainly young teachers, with low education level, low degree of specialization, Secondary school teachers should have the requirements of secondary education; sex ratio of male and female teachers for women less; professional title structure is low. Suggestion: The local government should carry on the corresponding teaching training to the young PE teachers; write the PE teaching materials that suit with the specific teaching conditions in the area, provide the teaching plan examples, guide the teachers to learn the “Curriculum Standards” and implement the “Curriculum Standards” to improve the teaching quality.
