目的:探讨肾癌伴发孤立骨转移灶患者的手术适应证。方法:结合文献分析2例肾癌伴孤立骨转移灶患者的手术治疗及随访结果。结果:2例均手术切除原发灶及骨转移灶后,辅以免疫治疗,分别随访4年和1年,均获无癌生存。结论:对无明显局部浸润或转移的患者,应进行积极手术治疗,而对全身情况差、伴多个脏器转移灶或肿瘤呈快速生长型者,不应勉强行根治手术。
Objective: To explore the surgical indications of patients with renal cancer associated with solitary bone metastases. Methods: The literature review of 2 cases of renal cell carcinoma with solitary bone metastases and surgical follow-up results. RESULTS: All the 2 cases were treated with primary tumors and bone metastases and supplemented with immunotherapy. They were followed up for 4 years and 1 year respectively. All patients were survived without cancer. Conclusions: Patients with no significant local infiltration or metastasis should undergo active surgery. Patients with poor general condition, rapid metastasis with multiple organ metastases, or tumors should not be forced to perform radical surgery.
