“中国青年”与国家、社会之关系正在发生深刻变化,需要我们站在总体性高度,以战略性视野加强青年和青年工作研究。共青团维护组织合法性、提高工作有效性的内在逻辑需要其更加重视青年和青年工作研究。以推进智库建设的方式来加强青年和青年工作研究是必要的。同时,青年研究的问题导向性、应用性、协同性为青年研究智库建设赋予了先天优势。智库可以重点关注青少年发展指标与评估、青少年发展与政策比较、社会治理与青少年工作创新、共青团工作等几个研究领域,并加强人才队伍建设和管理体制机制创新。
The profound changes that are taking place in the relations between China Youth and the state and society require that we, on an overall level, strengthen the research on youth and youth work from a strategic perspective. The internal logic of maintaining the legitimacy of the organization and improving the effectiveness of the work of the Communist Youth League requires that the CYL should pay more attention to the study of youth and youth work. It is necessary to strengthen research on youth and youth work in a way that advances the building of think tanks. At the same time, the problem-oriented, application and synergistic aspects of youth research have given birth to the inherent advantages for the construction of a youth research think-tank. Think tanks can focus on several research areas such as indicators and assessments of youth development, adolescent development and policies, social governance and youth work innovation, and the work of the Communist Youth League, as well as strengthening the building of a contingent of qualified personnel and innovations in management system and mechanism.
