Ladies and Gentlemen, I am very pleased to attend the promotion of foreign currency trading system at China Foreign Exchange Trading System. First of all, on behalf of the Shanghai Banking Regulatory Bureau, I would like to extend my warm congratulation on the convening of this seminar! With the continuous deepening of Shanghai’s banking reform and opening up, Shanghai’s financial agglomeration effect has been continuously enhanced. Shanghai is the country where foreign-funded financial institutions are most concentrated. All the national and regional commercial banks have branches in Shanghai.
