目的 :探讨牛磺酸对高血压大鼠左室心肌细胞凋亡的影响。方法 :建立肾血管性高血压大鼠模型 ,心肌细胞凋亡检测采用TdT介导的原位末端缺口标记法 (TUNEL) ,AngⅡ测定采用放免法。结果 :与相应假手术组相比 ,两组模型组 ( 4周、1 2周 )心肌AngⅡ含量增多 (P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,心肌细胞凋亡增多 (P <0 .0 0 1 ) ;与 1 2周模型组相比 ,给药组左心室 /体重比和心肌AngⅡ含量减少 (P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,心肌细胞凋亡减少 (P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,与正常组相近。结论 :高血压大鼠心肌细胞凋亡增多 ,牛磺酸对高血压心肌细胞凋亡有抑制作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of taurine on left ventricular myocyte apoptosis in spontaneously hypertensive rats. Methods: Renovascular hypertensive rats were established. Cardiomyocyte apoptosis was detected by TdT-mediated TUNEL. Ang Ⅱ was measured by radioimmunoassay. Results: Compared with the corresponding sham-operation group, AngⅡcontent increased (P <0. 001) and cardiomyocyte apoptosis increased in both groups (4 weeks and 12 weeks) (P <0.01) ; Compared with the 12-week model group, the left ventricular / body weight ratio and the content of myocardial AngⅡ decreased (P <0.01), the apoptosis of cardiomyocytes decreased (P <0. 001) Group similar. Conclusion: The apoptosis of myocardial cells in hypertensive rats is increased, but taurine can inhibit the apoptosis of myocardial cells in hypertensive rats.
