鞍山沙河制砖厂职工在冬季生产中,采用轮窑分室干燥砖坯的办法,取得了很好的效果.这种办法是先将轮窑(48门)按窑室容量,留出10个窑室作为烧砖用,另外再留2个空窑室,余下的窑室全都修砌火炕干燥湿坯.火炕高度为3块卧坯,炕洞高为150厘米左右,宽115厘米.炕洞的数目视窑室的大小确定.砌炕洞时在其横向留数个穿膛孔,便于烟火纵横流
