“8240ZJ型柴油机部级鉴定试验”是铁道部1987年下达我所的又一重要项目。在铁道部科技局、机务局、机车车辆工业总公司和部产品质量监督验检中心的关心和指导下,9月19日在我所柴油机试验室顺利完成了100小时和360小时部级鉴定试验。这次试验是按照TB1471—83《铁路牵引用柴油机规程》进行的。正式试验前,在我所召开了由铁道部产品质量监督检验中心、铁道部科学研究院、济南机务段、四方、大连机车车辆工厂等单位代表参加的预备会。预备会主要讨论了“东风5型内燃机车柴油机鉴定试验实施要点”等文件,我所及四方工厂双方对被试柴油机和试验室测试方法、精度进行了确认,并制定了对试验中间发生“中断”故障处理的暂行办法。
“8240ZJ diesel-ministerial level appraisal test” is another important item issued by the Ministry of Railways in 1987 by the Ministry of Railways. Under the care and guidance of the Science and Technology Bureau of the Ministry of Railways, the Bureau of Machine Building, the Rolling Stock Industry General Corporation and the Ministry of Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, the ministry-level appraisal test of 100 hours and 360 hours was successfully completed on September 19 at our diesel engine laboratory . The test was carried out in accordance with TB1471-83 “Railway Traction Diesel Engine Regulations”. Before the official test, a preparatory meeting attended by representatives from the Product Quality Supervision and Testing Center of the Ministry of Railways, the Scientific Research Institute of the Ministry of Railways, the Jinan Locomotive Depot, the Quartet, and Dalian Locomotive and Rolling Stock Works was held. Preparation will be mainly discussed the “DFM diesel engine identification test implementation points” and other documents, both our factory and the Sifang test diesel engine and laboratory test methods, the accuracy was confirmed and the development of the middle of the test “interrupt ”Interim measures for troubleshooting.
