本文报道了733例各类恶性肿瘤患者手术后检测血清碱性蛋白(SBP)结果和这些患者经手术切除肿瘤后定期监测其SBP的变化情况。监测结果表明,SBP常于临床发现恶性肿瘤和癌转移或复发之前持续出现阳性结果。这一发现对监护各类恶性肿瘤患者经手术切除后,体内是否还有潜存的癌细胞和预测术后有否转移或复发,提供了一个有效的方法。
This article reports the results of postoperative serum basic protein (SBP) testing in 733 patients with various types of malignancy and the regular monitoring of SBP changes in these patients after surgical removal of the tumor. Surveillance results have shown that SBP often continues to show positive results before clinical malignancy and metastasis or recurrence of cancer. This finding provides an effective method for monitoring the presence or absence of latent cancer cells and predicting postoperative metastasis or recurrence after surgical resection of patients with various types of malignant tumors.
