国税函[2010]180号各省、自治区、直辖市和计划单列市国家税务局、地方税务局:根据国务院的部署,为进一步做好税收促进节能减排工作,现就有关事项通知如下:一、充分认识做好税收促进节能减排工作的重要意义。节能减排是实现科学发展,构建资源节约型和环境友好型社会的重要举措。当前,我国节能减排工作取得积极成效,但面临的形势依然十分严峻。2010年是实现“十一五”节能减排目标的决战之年,各级税务机关要充分认识做好税收促进节能减排工作的重要性和紧迫性,切实增强责任感和使命感,进一步加大工作力度,为实现“十一五”节能减排目标作出积极贡献。
