类志贺氏邻单胞菌(plesiomonas shigel-ioides)属于弧菌科、邻单胞菌属。由于该菌与宋内氏痢疾杆菌Ⅰ型有共同抗原,与气单胞菌关系邻近而得名。该菌广泛分布于自然界,生存于淡水中;常通过水、鱼及贝类感染给人,可引起创伤感染、脑膜炎、腹泻和食物中毒等疾病。近10年来发现本菌是人类肠炎的重要病因,世界各地屡有报道,近年来国内也有从腹泻患者分离出该菌的报道。本文报告自我市腹泻患者分离的113株类志贺氏邻单胞菌的生化鉴定及血清学分型的实验研究结果。
Plesiomonas shigella ioides belongs to the genus Vibrio and the genus Pseudomonas. As the bacteria and Salmonella dysenteriae type Ⅰ have common antigen, and the relationship between aeromonas near the name.
