自古以来,人类就追求长生不老和延缓衰老的灵丹妙药,我国的“长寿县”、“长寿镇”和“长寿村”就是例证。长寿县——巴马巴马县,坐落在广西西部都阳山西麓的万山丛中,是我国著名的“长寿之乡”。这里山青水秀,环境幽静,空气清新,气候温和,雨量充沛。根据人口统计,1982年全县23万人,百岁以上老人有35人,90岁以上的老人244人,七、八十岁的老人到处可见,正如当地谚语说的“八十老人到处跑,人生百岁也不稀”!
Since ancient times, mankind has been pursuing immortality and a panacea for delaying aging. Our example is “Changshou County”, “Longevity Town” and “Longevity Village” in our country. Changshou County - Bama County, is located in western Guangxi Du Yang Mountain west of the Wanshan Cong, is China’s famous “longevity home ”. Here beautiful, quiet environment, fresh air, mild climate, abundant rainfall. According to the demographics, there were 230,000 people in the county in 1982, 35 people aged over 100, 244 people aged 90 and over, and 70 to 80-year-olds were everywhere. As the local proverb says, “Eighty elderly people run around , Life is not dilute ”!
