自从爱迪生发明了第一只可用于实际照明用途的灯泡至今,经历了一百多年的发展,照明行业成就了人类今天发展的辉煌。作为极具朝气的行业它吸引了国内数以万计的企业投产照明产品、数以百万计的销售企业踏足照明行业。作为世界上重要的制作业产地,我国的照明行业更是独树一帜,发展强劲,以节能灯为例,其产量就达到了世界的百分之八十。但是随着科技的进步,产品更新步伐加快,照明行业的竞争也日趋激烈。面对优胜劣汰法则,如何能使企业长足发展下去呢?我想最为行之有效的方法之一就是营销。成功的营销不仅能使企业建立属于自身的网络,也使得企业获得源源不断的财务来奠定基础,同时也有利于企业形象的建立。由于个人短浅认识的局限性,本文针对照明行业营销的探讨将主要以照明销售企业为中心,通过对YC照明成功案例的剖析来探讨照明行业的营销思路,以期望能对那些从事照明行业里的企业尽一点绵薄之力。
