通过腐蚀形貌分析、腐蚀产物分析和电化学测试多种分析测试手段,研究了干湿交替循环下低碳钢在H_2S溶液中的腐蚀行为。综合分析结果表明腐蚀初期产物较少,腐蚀速率与循环次数成正比;腐蚀后期,腐蚀产物较多,形成一层保护膜,阻碍腐蚀过程的进行,腐蚀速率与循环次数成反比。FeS的生成可能是腐蚀速率出现转折的一个因素。
The corrosion behavior of low carbon steel in H 2 S solution under alternating wetting and drying cycles was studied by means of a variety of analytical methods such as corrosion profilometry, corrosion product analysis and electrochemical testing. The results of comprehensive analysis show that there are few products in the initial stage of corrosion, and the corrosion rate is proportional to the number of cycles. In the late stage of corrosion, there are more corrosion products and a protective film is formed to hinder the progress of the corrosion process. The corrosion rate is inversely proportional to the number of cycles. The formation of FeS may be a factor in the turning rate of the corrosion rate.
