对于城市多层住宅和高层框架结构建筑施工来说,用塔式起重机作主要的垂直运输机械,其优越性是不言而喻的。为浇灌混凝土,各地为塔式起重机配作了多种不同类型的料斗。哪一种型式的料斗使用效果最佳呢?下面对几种料斗作一介绍和比较。一、图1-a所示料斗,上口尺寸1070×680,下口尺寸780×380,高700,容量0.4M~3。有吊环四个,用钢丝绳吊索悬挂。斗门为单扇外开平板门,平时关紧,用卡钩挂住,形成斗底。吊至卸料位置时,撞动卡钩,斗底打开卸料。卡钩的构造见图1-b。
For the construction of multi-storey residential buildings and high-rise frame structures in cities, the tower cranes are used as the main vertical transportation machinery. Its advantages are self-evident. For pouring concrete, various types of hoppers are provided for tower cranes. Which type of hopper is best for use? The following describes and compares several types of hoppers. 1. The hopper shown in Fig. 1-a has an upper mouth size of 1070×680, a lower mouth size of 780×380, a height of 700, and a capacity of 0.4M~3. There are four rings, hanging with wire rope slings. The bucket door is a single-leaf outside open flat door, which is normally closed and hooked with a hook to form a bucket bottom. When it is lifted to the discharge position, it hits the hook and the bucket bottom opens the discharge. The structure of the hook is shown in Figure 1-b.
