方正重组计算机事业部9月29日下午,北大方正集团在“资源重组、面向未来”新闻发布会上宣布,以方正电脑研发、制造、市场、销售和技术服务一体化为标志的方正集团计算机业务机构调整工作已经顺利完成。从10月1日起,全面继承北大方正计算机系统分公司原有业务并包括方正电脑全国市场营销服务体系的方正集团计算机事业部正式开始运作。新的计算机事业部脱离香港方正,由方正集团总部直接管理。
