恶性组织细胞病(malignant histi-ocytosis)是单核-巨噬细胞系统中的组织细胞呈异常增生的恶性疾病。国内自1959年郁知非报导本病18例以来,各地陆续有不少报导。由于本病临床表现多样化,缺乏特征性,目前对它的发生、发展规律了解得还很不够,因而缺乏特异的有效治疗方法,预后很差。许多临床工作者正在探索本病的特点。本文也从总结积累点
Malignant histi-ocytosis is a malignant disease in which tissue cells in the monocyte-macrophage system are abnormally proliferated. Since 1959, we have not reported 18 cases of this disease in our country and many reports have been made in different places. Because of the clinical manifestations of the disease diversified, the lack of characteristics, the current occurrence and development of its understanding is not enough, so the lack of specific and effective treatment, the prognosis is poor. Many clinicians are exploring the characteristics of this disease. This article also summarizes the accumulated points
