人工挖孔灌注桩施工机具简单,桩孔可以挖到设计要求的持力层取样试验,且孔底扩大后可以增加桩的支承面,孔底残渣、杂物较易清除;使挖孔桩成为端承构件,不仅沉降量小,单极载承力大,使高层、超高层建筑有了可靠的基础支承,且造价较低。目前,我省相当多的高层建筑基础都选用人工挖孔桩,地下室基坑开挖不少亦以人工挖孔桩作为支护结构。
