本文进行了含有两种不同聚合物的聚合物水泥混凝土(PCC)的耐冻函数和耐冻性改善机理的探讨。结果表明,PCC受冻融循环破坏其性能的衰减遵循着以前证实的水泥基复合材料的耐冻函数。证实了水泥基复合材料的抗冻性不但与其内水压力的大小有关,而且还与材料本身抵抗这种内水压力的能力有关。聚合物材料加入到混凝土中正是通过提高混凝土的这种抵抗力而使其抗冻性提高几倍乃至几十倍的。
In this paper, the frost-resistant function and frost-resistance improvement mechanism of polymer cement concrete (PCC) containing two different polymers were discussed. The results show that the attenuation of the performance of PCC subjected to freeze-thaw cycles follows the previously demonstrated cryogenic function of cement-based composites. It is confirmed that the frost-resistance of cement-based composites is not only related to the magnitude of the internal water pressure, but also related to the material’s ability to resist this internal water pressure. The addition of polymer material to concrete enhances the freeze resistance of concrete by several or even tens of times by increasing the resistance of the concrete.
