选取临床分离呼吸道铜绿假单胞菌,采用LB肉汤-吸痰管系统培养生物膜(BF),建立体外BF模型,银染法观察BF形成过程。将黄芩苷作用于BF,连续稀释法进行活菌计数,微量稀释法测定MIC。结果显示15.65 mg/L的黄芩苷即可抑制和破坏铜绿假单胞菌BF。黄芩苷对体外铜绿假单胞菌BF有较强的抑制作用。
The clinical isolates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were selected. The biofilm (BF) was cultured by LB broth - suction tube system. The BF model was established in vitro. The formation of BF was observed by silver staining. The baicalin role in the BF, continuous dilution method for viable count, micro-dilution method for the determination of MIC. The results showed that baicalin at 15.65 mg / L inhibited and destroyed Pseudomonas aeruginosa BF. Baicalin baicalin against Pseudomonas aeruginosa in vitro BF strong inhibitory effect.
