我们设计并制作了硅胶义鼻泪管,将其逆行植入用线锉除去阻塞鼻泪管的炎性组织及粘膜的骨性鼻泪管内,永久性替代膜性鼻泪管,按正常解剖途径引流泪液,治疗慢性泪囊炎。28例33只眼术后痊愈31只眼(93.9%),好转2只眼(6.1%),总有效率为100%,观察6～19个月无复发,无并发症。结果表明该手术设计合理,创伤小,并发症少,术后泪液引流符合生理要求,既能达到治疗目的,又符合美容要求;材料容易制作,操作简单快捷,安全有效,是治疗鼻泪管阻塞所致慢性泪囊炎的一种比较理想的方法。
We designed and produced a silicone nasolacrimal duct, which was retrogradely implanted with a wire file to remove the nasolacrimal duct obstruction of inflammatory tissue and mucosal bony nasolacrimal duct, permanent replacement of membranous nasolacrimal duct, according to the normal anatomical pathway Drain tears, treatment of chronic dacryocystitis.
