First, accurately grasp the inherent meaning of market economy In many economists and practitioners in mind, their understanding of the market economy are often regarded as a way of resource allocation. We think this is mainly confined to the scope of the productive forces to understand the market economy and does not take full control of the relations of production, that is, changes in the system. The profound connotation of the market economy lies not only in the way of resource allocation, but also in the fact that it is a brand new economic relationship and reflection of the economic system and is related to the power, interests and motive mechanisms of all economic entities. First, the market economy is a producer and consumer sovereign economy. Obviously different from the planned economy, under the condition of market economy, as the main body of the market
