自1986年1月至1988年6月,我院收治席汉综合征39例,其中以精神异常为特征者10例,年龄28～59岁,平均37岁。除有产后大出血史及典型垂体前叶功能低下的症状外,临床突出表现为:胡言乱语,哭笑无常、幻觉、骂人、冲动毁物、被害妄想、失眠、抑郁、拒食拒药、违拗等精神异常症状。10例中曾经他院诊断为精神分裂症4例,癔病、神经官能症各2例,脑炎、脑肿瘤各1例。并曾接受奋乃静等有关治疗7～30天,病情无改善。全部患者经激素替代治疗后,精神恢复正常,全身情况改善。随访7例,6例已恢复正常工作。
From January 1986 to June 1988, 39 cases of syndromes were treated in our hospital. And had received perphenazine and other related treatment for 7 to 30 days, no improvement in condition. All patients after hormone replacement therapy, the spirit returned to normal, general condition improved. Follow-up in 7 cases, 6 cases have returned to normal work.
