蒸气网络系统是钢铁企业主生产工序的重要辅助系统,蒸气放散随时间的波动变化直接关系到对蒸气网络的调度,针对蒸气网络系统的供需波动较大,提出了阶段分析法,应用该方法建立了钢铁企业的蒸气网络系统供需数学分析模型,分3个阶段并应用质量守恒定律对蒸气网络系统的供需过程进行动态分析。结果表明,与其他方法相比,该方法科学合理地揭示出了影响蒸气网络系统供需波动变化的因素,对这些因素进行控制能有效地减少蒸气放散,节约能源。
The steam network system is an important auxiliary system for the main production process of steel enterprises. The fluctuation of steam emission over time is directly related to the scheduling of the steam network. The fluctuation of supply and demand for the steam network system is large, and the stage analysis method is proposed. By this method, The steam supply and demand mathematical model of steam network system in steel enterprises is divided into three stages and the dynamic analysis of supply and demand process of steam network system is conducted by applying the law of conservation of mass. The results show that compared with other methods, this method has scientifically and reasonably revealed the factors that affect the fluctuation of supply and demand of steam network system. Controlling these factors can effectively reduce the vapor diffusion and save energy.
