抽油杆的疲劳破坏是抽油杆柱的主要失效形式之一。因此,抽油杆使用系数不仅影响抽油杆的安全程度,而且影响机抽采气系统的可靠性和经济性,故确定其值的大小是个非常重要的问题。文章一改过去传统的经验取值法,利用模糊理论,对影响抽油杆强度的系数──抽油杆使用系数(ks)──进行了计算机模糊综合评判。通过实例验证,得到了切合实际的参数值,有效地提高了机抽系统的可靠性和经济性,具有较好的实用价值和推广价值。
The fatigue failure of sucker rod is one of the main failure modes of sucker rod. Therefore, the use coefficient of sucker rod not only affects the safety of sucker rod, but also affects the reliability and economy of sucking gas system. Therefore, it is very important to determine its value.
