我国高职院校以培养面向生产、管理、服务、建设一线的高素质技术技能型人才为己任。高职公选课建设是培养高素质技术技能型人才的重要路径之一。美术公选课程对高职学生具有艺术学科常识,感受美、欣赏美、表现美、创造美的能力有着不可或缺的重要作用。然而美术公选课课程的师资队伍建设还存在师资配备不足,师资结构不合理;课程组合单一,开设课程热情度不高、随意性大;缺乏相应的督导评价手段,任课教师教学效果偏低等诸多问题,这些问题严重制约美术公共选修课程的实施效果。针对这一系列问题,本文提出了提高人才引进策略;整合教师队伍,加强师资培训;合理进行师资队伍的引导;完善监督评价体系等对策,以此优化高职院校美术公选课师资队伍建设。

However, there are still some problems in the teaching process of art public elective courses, such as the shortage of teachers and teachers, unreasonable structure of teachers, the combination of single courses, the lack of enthusiasm for offering courses, the large randomness, the lack of appropriate supervision and evaluation methods, Problems, these problems seriously restrict the implementation of art public elective courses. In view of this series of questions, this article proposes to improve the construction of public elective courses for higher vocational colleges in order to improve the strategy of introducing talents; to integrate teachers and strengthen teacher training; to rationally carry out teachers’ guidance; to improve the supervision and evaluation system.
