瘤周脑功能障碍的机制复杂，临床表现多样。转归取决于对肿瘤本身的治疗和纠正瘤周脑组织的各种异常。皮质类固醇、手术和放、化疗仍是治疗的主要手段。
The mechanism of perinatal brain dysfunction is complex and has various clinical manifestations. The outcome depends on the treatment of the tumor itself and on the various abnormalities in the peritumor brain tissue. Corticosteroids, surgery and radiotherapy, chemotherapy is still the main treatment.
