目的分析社会因素剖宫产率上升的原因。方法对1999年-2003年社会因素剖宫产316例进行回顾性分析。结果社会因素剖宫产率逐年上升,由1999年1.07%上升到2003年的11.27%。结论减少社会因素剖宫产是降低剖宫产率的关键。
Objective To analyze the causes of the rising cesarean section rate of social factors. Methods A retrospective analysis of 316 cases of cesarean section with social factors from 1999 to 2003 was conducted. Results Social factors Cesarean section rate increased year by year, from 1.07% in 1999 to 11.27% in 2003. Conclusion Reduction of social factors cesarean section is the key to reduce the rate of cesarean section.
