正弦规是一种测量角度的简单而又精密的工具,在检验工作中使用很广泛。使用正弦规测量锥体角度的方法如图1所示,块规尺寸按下式计算选用:H=L sin 2θ, (1)式中:H——垫入块规的尺寸;L——正弦规的中心距;θ——被测锥体的半锥角。这种方法可以测量公差在20″以上的角度,对于更精确的角度测量如锥度校对量规的检定,就不能保证检定的精度。对此,本文提出在没有精密测角仪器的情况下,利用正弦规的测面挡板安装被测锥体量规的方法可以提高锥角的测量精度,适用于对锥体校对量规的检定。
Sinusoidal gauge is a simple and sophisticated tool for measuring angles and is widely used in inspection work. The method of measuring the angle of the cone by using the sine gauge is shown in Figure 1. This method can measure the tolerance of more than 20 "angle, for more accurate measurement of angle measurement, such as the calibration of the taper calibration, can not guarantee the accuracy of the test.In this paper, the proposed absence of precision goniometry instrument, the use of sine Regulation of the surface bezel installed test pyramid gauge method can improve the measurement accuracy of cone angle, suitable for verification of cone calibration gauge.
