我院有职工3600人,合同工400多人,家属近万人,三年来实行医药费包干使用,在减少医药费支出方面,收到了明显的效果,现报导如下。一、目标管理医药费包干使用。公司每年给医院下达目标管理,医药费医务经费,医药费包干,由医院支配使用,每年医药费超支管理者受罚,节余者部分提成,一部分扩大再生产,增加一些医院设备,一部分抽出奖励职工,调动职工的积极性,奖勤罚懒。三年来医院职工均完成了公司下达的各项指标,优质服务于基层,为公司节约了一定开支,扩大了社会效益,方便了职工及公司广大家属的医疗保健工作。二、医药费与职工个人利益挂勾的办法:
