补肾延年丹对老年大鼠全血细胞非程序DNA合成(UDS)的实验结果表明:40秒UV诱导下大鼠全血细胞UDS各组间差异无显著意义(P>0.h).80秒UV诱导下大鼠全血细胞UDS各组间差异有显著意义(P=0.05),补肾延年丹大、中、小剂量组UDS均高于老年空白对照组,说明补肾延年丹能提高老年大鼠对UV损伤时DNA的修复能力。
The results of Bu Shen Yan Nian Dan’s experiment on non-program DNA synthesis (UDS) of whole blood cells in aged rats showed that there was no significant difference in UDS between whole blood cells of rats induced by UV for 40 seconds (P>0.h). There was significant difference in UDS between the whole blood cells of rats induced by UV for 80 seconds (P=0.05). The UDS of Buzhong Yannian Danda, middle and small dose groups was higher than that of the old blank control group. Can improve the ability of DNA repair in aged rats with UV damage.
