针对今年以来银根抽紧,产品市场剧变和部分物资出现买方市场的新情况,为了及时了解全县生产企业的产销形势和物资需求状况,提高有效供给,从七月中旬起,我们分二个次层,对全县乡镇工业进行重点调查。第一层次由局长带队,组织业务和有关公司参加,分别到洛社、华庄、东亭、杨市、八士等五个乡进行调查;第二层次,由各公司经理带队,业务科室参加,有针对性地到对口乡镇的行业、企业走访调查,如金属公司走访了硕放、西漳、华庄、杨市、东亭、洛社、陆区等7个乡镇的182个机械、冶金、轻工厂家;机电公司走访了17个乡镇供应网点,36个生产企业;煤石公司走访了东绛、洛社2个乡的28个用油单位;燃料公司对28个乡,用煤在1000吨以上的耗煤大户进行了走访。基本情况在走访调查座谈讨论中,各乡普遍反映,下半年乡镇企业面临的产销形势十分严峻,这个严峻形势主要表现在四个方面: 1.市场多变。县内原来有些畅销产品销售出现疲软;有些原来有销售市场的产品,现在库存积压严重,销售十分困难。产品销路问题是乡镇工业发展的重要制约因素。据洛社、杨市、东亭、八士等四个乡

Basic situation During the visit and discussion, all townships generally reflected that the production and marketing situation faced by township and village enterprises in the second half of the year is very grim.
