一、CTS—6型探伤仪时基扫描线性不良,如图1所示,起始一段扫描锯齿电压斜率较小,按机械标尺读数,带来较大误差。改进:去掉 C_8 (见图3)。去掉 C_8对(C_9+R_(14))的分流作用后,扫描锯齿电压线性改善,如图2所示。去掉 C_8后,要加大 C_5~C_7,以保持原设计的时间常数。方法:将纵波探头固定在70~100毫米试块上,保留 C_8,观察几个底脉冲反射波,然后去掉 C_8,在C_5(C_6、C_7)两端并以电容(可用电容箱来调整),达到与保留 C_8时看到的底脉冲个数相等,
