人体中癌的产生发展过程,从产生、增殖到扩散,一般需要经历若干年。因为晚期转移癌几乎不可能治疗,因此最理想的办法是用化学防癌,阻止早期癌症的发生。近来的研究提供了强有力的证据,说明每天消费的膳食中具有许多防癌性质的化合物,可以阻滞癌的发生过程。本文总结现有膳食化学防癌化合物的诱导解毒酶和抗增殖作用,并讨论这些化合物的信号转导和基因表达事件转化为药理效应的可能性。
The development of human cancer in the process of production, proliferation, proliferation, generally need to go through a number of years. Because advanced metastatic cancer is almost impossible to treat, the best way is to use chemical anti-cancer, to prevent the occurrence of early cancer. Recent research provides strong evidence that compounds that have many anti-cancer properties in daily diets can block cancer progression. This article summarizes the induced detoxification enzymes and antiproliferative effects of current dietary chemical anti-cancer compounds and discusses the possibility of converting these gene signaling events and gene expression events into pharmacological effects.
