采用配有电子计算机的热像仪对钢锭模使用过程热状态进行连续测定,并对钢锭模进行热分析和应力分析。应用计算机进行设计运算和绘出模型结构图,仅需2min,为优化钢锭模设计开辟了新途径。
A thermal imager equipped with a computer was used to measure the thermal state of the ingot mold. The thermal analysis and stress analysis of the ingot mold were carried out. Application of computer design operations and draw the model structure diagram, just 2min, opened up a new way for the optimization of ingot mold design.
