采用Gleeble-3500测定了ER50-6焊丝钢的动态连续冷却转变曲线,分析了不同冷速下的显微组织。结果表明,ER50-6钢主要存在两个转变区,即产物为F(铁素体)+P(珠光体)的高温转变产物区以及B(贝氏体)的中温转变产物区。当冷速>2℃/s时,组织出现少量B,且B含量随冷速增大,逐渐增多;当冷速≥10℃/s时,试样组织主要为F+B;控制冷速<1℃/s时,轧后可得均匀的F+P。实际生产工艺中,控制开轧温度约为960℃,终轧温度约为890℃,吐丝温度约为870℃,冷速<1℃/s时,可获得良好的组织,改善盘条拉拔性能。
The dynamic continuous cooling transformation curve of ER50-6 wire steel was measured by Gleeble-3500, and the microstructure was analyzed under different cooling rates. The results show that there are mainly two transition zones in ER50-6 steel, namely, the products of high temperature transformation products of F (ferrite) + P (pearlite) and the intermediate temperature transformation products of B (bainite). When the cooling rate> 2 ℃ / s, a small amount of B appears and the content of B increases with the increase of cooling rate. When the cooling rate is more than 10 ℃ / s, the microstructure of the sample is mainly F + B; 1 ℃ / s, after rolling uniform F + P available. The actual production process, the control of open-rolling temperature of about 960 ℃, finishing temperature of about 890 ℃, spinning temperature of about 870 ℃, cooling rate <1 ℃ / s, get good organization and improve the wire drawing performance.
